To cancel your participation in the selected trip, please notify us in writing, either via email or fax.
Until when can I cancel my booking?
The cancellation deadline is explicitly stated in the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN ORGANIZED TRAVEL included in the CONTRACT you have signed. Please make sure to review it carefully.
No cancellations are allowed after full payment of your trip has been completed.
In exceptional cases, and only in the event of a serious health issue affecting you or a first-degree relative, you may contact the insurance company with which you are covered in order to request a refund of the deposit paid. Please note that official documentation will be required, and the entire process is handled directly by the insurance provider.

My trip has been cancelled. What is your policy?
Our office is known for the non-cancellation of trips. However, in the event that a trip must be cancelled for an exceptional and significant reason, we will either offer you an alternative trip at no additional cost, or refund your deposit.
