What is the booking process for participating in an individual trip?
Your booking can be made either in person at our office, or electronically via email or through the booking form on our website www.travelidea.gr
, as well as by telephone. If you choose an alternative booking method other than visiting our offices in person, you will need to have access to email—or fax—in order to receive your booking confirmation and the INDIVIDUAL TRAVEL PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT.
How is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed upon signing the ORGANIZED TRAVEL PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT or the INDIVIDUAL TRAVEL PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT. The agreement includes your full name, the name of the hotel, flight details, and what is included, as well as your financial obligations to our company. It also outlines the Terms of Participation and our bank account details. The agreement is signed by both parties. To view a sample of the agreement, click here.
Until when can I make a booking for an organized excursion?
For every ORGANIZED EXCURSION, the number of available places for participants is limited. If you have decided to proceed with your trip, it is advisable to make your booking as early as possible, in order to secure your preferred travel dates. Prices will not be subject to change!
